Elite Litigators’ ratings are calculated on a state specific basis, meaning a law firm’s score may differ from state to state. With the exception of Southern California and Upstate New York, which are treated as separate rating jurisdictions, ratings are calculated at the state level and are comparative to and influenced by other law firms evaluated within that same jurisdiction. Ratings are not calculated at the city or metropolitan level, and firms operating in multiple cities within a state are evaluated using data aggregated at the state level.
Elite Litigators assigns ratings only to law firms participating in its Verified Program. Law firms that are not verified may appear on the platform but are not rated.
Reviews and ratings are two distinct measures on this platform. Reviews are an automated average of client feedback and third-party review data, shown for all listed law firms whether or not they participate in advertising.
