Participation in the Verified Program allows law firms to display certain profile information on the Elite Litigators platform and includes enhanced visibility or placement in attorney advertising content, subject to applicable advertising disclosures.
What “Verified” Means
Law firms identified as Verified have elected to participate in Elite Litigators’ Verified Program and meet certain participation requirements. These requirements include factors such as:
Maintaining an active law practice in the listed jurisdiction
Providing accurate and up-to-date firm information
Maintaining publicly available client reviews and professional profiles on third-party platforms
Complying with Elite Litigators’ advertising, content, and participation guidelines
Verification is intended to provide informational context only and does not mean that a law firm is recommended, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by Elite Litigators or its affiliated entities.
Important Disclosure
Verified Program participants compensate Elite Litigators for advertising, profile enhancements, or enhanced placement. Compensation affects where and how firms appear on the platform, including order of appearance.
No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed by any Verified Program participant is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers or law firms. Elite Litigators does not assess the validity of any claim a law firm makes on its own website or in its promotional materials.
