Law firms may be nominated for participation in the Verified Program by colleagues, associates, clients, or by our selection staff. Law firms may also apply to participate in the Verified Program by submitting information for inclusion to Elite Litigators.

The Verified badge indicates a firm’s participation in the Verified Program and reflects transparency and engagement on the platform, not a ranking, recommendation, or guarantee of results.
Verified law firms are expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information and continue participating in the Verified Program. Elite Litigators may periodically request updates or review publicly available information to help ensure listings remain current and informative for users.
