I have an attorney for life now. Backstory: I brought my car into a Toyota dealership in West Ashley for an alignment, 72 days later I got my car back. The service managers tried to tell me I needed a new transmission, then changed their story once I got Mr. Phipps involved. They then threatened to hold my car hostage until I paid thousands of dollars for the “courtesy ” vehicle they loaned me. Mr. Phipps personally showed up at the dealership when I called him. He saved the day and I finally have my car back.
