Chip Cannon was recommended to us by a friend after I experienced a severe burn on my back. This resulted from an untrained waiter losing hold of tray holding coffee carafes and spilling the hot liquid on me. When the case eventually landed in mediation this past week, the same professionalism was demonstrated by him and we were extremely pleased with the results.
