Firm was contacted by an independent party to inquire about my fathers medical case, in which they called, asked for records which were sent and then there was no response from April until September, when I contacted the lawyer, Alex Marsh. I contacted through voice mail, receptionist, and by email. When I contacted through the website, he FINALLY replied that they were not taking the case. When brought to other attorneys, the explanation was the statute was nearly at its end and they did not want to touch it. Sitting on the case for nearly half of a year doomed my father, who has since passed because of inability to get appropriate legal help. Find a firm that is empathetic.
