As far as the lawyers themselves, great and professional. But the little helpers, not so nice. Just be patient but don’t be afraid to speak up and ask questions no matter how rude and dismissive they (helpers) are.
WE HAVE TO WAIT DAYS BEFORE A CALL BACK. WC CHECKS STOLEN/LOST TWICE WITHIN A MONTH AND HALF APART, NO CHECK SINCE SECOND WEEK IN OCTOBER NOW THIS IS THE SECOND WEEK IN DECEMBER. THEY SHOW NO CONCERN: THEY DON’T READ OR MAYBE DON’T WRITE NOTES. THIS IS SECOND ATTORNEY BOTH TELL THE CLIENT DO WHAT THEY SUPPOSE TO DO.
