Didn’t do a simple check for conflicts of interest when I made my appointment for consultation. Called the 5th of August, was told there were no available dates until the 16th. Somehow my son-to-be-ex husband was able to get in before I did for a consultation and I didn’;t receive a notice of cancellation until afternoon on the 15th.

We would highly recommend Mrs. Hines, she worked very hard for us. Thanks to her our adoptions went very quickly and smoothly.

She is a down to earth person that know the laws and is willing to give good advice. Can’t say that about others in the profession.
