Update of new claim for me July 2023: I have another case. My attorney on this case is Mrs. Coffman her assistant is Ashley Moore. Together they are an amazing team. I’m so glad I decided to give this company another chance. Ashley has been easy to work with. She is on top of everything especially with responding to emails. The level of communication from both ladies are mind blowing. The professionalism, being detailed, and the amount of care they’ve shown. I’m very pleased to be working with these ladies. Ashley also helps to keep my nerves calmed with her approach to my concerns. Then to ice the cake, my attorney is also a gem. Today is 4/18/19 I contacted this company for my husband and I on 9/30/18. We were hit from behind in a car accident 9/29/18. This has been a very lengthy process since being released from all of our doctors care right before Christmas. Maybe this is how the process goes as we are still waiting for the insurance company to reach out to Ms. A McKnight our attorney. Before Christmas her assistant was Bridgett Evans. We only spoke to her once from the time we opened the case until the new assistant took over. During that time I spoke to my attorney more than her assistant Bridgett. Bridgett NEVER returned any of our calls NONE!!!! So I had to reach out to Ms. McKnight she was so kind and extremely patient. Although she was busy she always reached out to me when I called her. Then Nycole become her assistant. She should’ve been her assistant since day one. That lady is on top of her game and I know she helped to make things easier on the attorney. Team work is everything. She is very professional and quick to return calls and she kept us up to date on the process and progress. They both have made this experience pleasurable. I would recommend Hughes and Coleman.
