I worked with Ben. He wasn’t horrible, but I think maybe he took the case as an easy win and didn’t put enough effort into it. In the end, the outcome was a lot different than he had projected. In retrospect, make sure your managing your attorney well and reviewing their strategy. We were pretty confused by Ben’s plan at trial, it really caught me off guard.
