Marken makes substantive communications or representations (official statements) with the SSA/SSDI as you – not only on your behalf, but as you the client and individual – that are incorrect and/or unsubstantiated while also not consulting with the client prior, let alone not making the client aware of these communications even after they have been made.

This puts the clients, like myself, in a position of making false or unsubstantiated statements to the SSA.

This hurts your case, this hurts you, the client, and can potentially damage or even ruin your chances for disability claims and benefits.

My initial encounter with The Marken Law Group was when I called looking for some legal advice regarding the attorney I had at the time who started my disability case more than two years ago and to this day, I’ve never met.
