With all the positive reviews I can’t help but wonder if I went to a different office for help. I went out of my way from Seattle to this office and was turned away in 5 min. – Le couldn’t be bothered with my case since I hadn’t yet scheduled surgery – something that could have been discussed ahead of time. Then I went out of my way to follow up on my shoulder scans and, without even asking, my physician recommended surgery so I immediately followed up with Le’s office. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I asked her to text me a fax number to forward documentation to since I didn’t have a pen on hand. I asked them kindly to confirm if and when they receive the documents. A week went by and tried to call and text asking if it was received and no response. I’m in real pain and my mental and financial well being have been seriously altered by the City of Seattle but I guess my case isn’t worth the time of this office. In all professionalism they could have simply stated they weren’t really interested in my case to begin with.

My mom recently had personal injury case where the insurance companies were trying to have her settle for an amount that wouldn’t even cover her medical bills and totaled vehicle. Edward is an awesome attorney who genuinely cares and will do everything in his power to help you succeed. Going through an accident is a terrible experience but having an attorney you can trust really helps take the stress of the situation off you and your family. He took my mom’s case to trial and won. My mom is the kind of person who is afraid to stand up for herself or ask for help, so thank you Ed, for standing up for my mom, anticipating her needs and getting her the help she deserves!
