Thanks to Danielle Downey and Jack Terran, attorneys at Levin and Perconti, I am seeing closure, new IL. Statute 735IlCS5/ 22301,part d) SEEMED not to dissuade defense from practicing the 3’ds. Defend, Delay, Don’t pay, but thanks to ongoing effort and time of the firm, the end is near for funds to be dispursed. It seems like the new law is not strong enough to prevent the 3ds practiced by defense. Once again, Thanks to all at Levin Peronti. Joe K. Of Berkeley IL
