My husband and I chose to use Jeff Roberts and Associates following a motor vehicle accident which resulted in my husband breaking a vertebrae in his neck. John Romero represented us in our case. He made the whole stressful process much more bearable. He was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. We had many questions and were unsure of how to navigate the entire process, but John always took the time to explain everything to us, more than once I might add. John always kept my husband and I in the drivers seat, yet made the process so easy. It was a great blessing to have have John on our case.
