When we asked Tommy Taylor CPA to recommend a trust attorney, he recommended Ed Nanney at 4Sight Legal Services, PLLC. We are very happy with his recommendation. Working with Ed and Client Services & Funding Coordinator Jeanne Brandt, we completed our trust in a few in-office meetings. We started at home by completing the Purposeful Planning Exercise documents provided by Ed. Once Ed knew what we wanted for our heir, he prepared the trust. We then had in-office meetings to review the trust and give Ed the level of confidence he needed to confirm that the trust was written correctly. After the trust was complete, we worked with Jeanne to fund the trust. Jeanne is very diligent and detail oriented and created the documents needed for us to sign. She then submitted the completed documents to the companies involved and received confirmations from them regarding the change of beneficiaries. We highly recommend Ed and Jeanne at 4Sight Legal Services, PLLC. Ed and Jeanne are very personable; we felt at home with them. We are happy with our decision.
