A sad and tragic death of a loved one brought our family to Hutton & Hutton, specifically to Darin Hayes and Blake Shuart. These two wonderful attorneys went above and beyond to fight for our case and even though it took years, they stayed with us through the whole process. They are genuine, caring, compassionate and remarkable attorneys. Darren and Blake made a great team and provided a very strong case to find justice for our daughter. First, the bad & how I got to Hutton & Hutton�. I had the worst experience with DeVaughn James�..mislead, lied to and dropped as a client. They couldn’t even keep my name / case straight�.Why? Because my case did not bring enough weight (pocket change) to the table. Then came along Hutton & Hutton�.Here I was frantic and so lost as I needed representation after my accident�. Blake was AMAZING through the ENTIRE process. Start to finish he communicated (in a timely manner) and had time for me to ask questions. He actually knew who I was and details of my case. I was a complicated one (as it happened over state line)�.I truly felt like his ONLY client. His assistant Demetri and all the front office girls I’ve interacted with where so nice! Blake always gave me options and his opinion; but let me decide how things went. He delivered EVERYTHING he said he would; in the time he said he would. I cannot recommend him and his law firm enough. If I ever need this type of representation again; I will be going back to him. I truly dislike lawyers�.but he is the exception!

Hutton and Hutton went above and beyond our expectations with a case over the last few years that involved our daughter’s impairment and eventually her death. We were greeted by the whole team after we initially contacted them. They all showed compassion and were able to ease our pain a little. They all worked hard and diligently to get our little girl justice. Darin and Anne worked on the case initially. There were thoughts about dropping the case all together after our precious daughter passed away. Matthew Dwyer helped us keep our faith in the Justice system, and fought for our daughter.
