Called just to ask if I could get a free consultation over the phone I am try to find an attorney I do not live in Salina and need a attorney in town. The receptionist was very very blunt and repeated herself twice in “no ma’am no ma’am”. Completely cut me off while I was trying to say thank you. Quick way to lose a potential client. We already are not having our best days if we are reaching out to an attorney why make it worse by talking so rudely to someone asking a question?! Maybe try explaining the process or the fee if that is the case. Don’t be rude.
