Extremely rude and unprofessional. Initial consult via phone was very encouraging. The second we took our coms to email the tone changed. Spoken to like a child. Literally, it felt like keyboard warrior. It was very very odd and discouraging. Do your research!

Some rude lady Lorraine sent me an email failing to acknowledge whether or not the lawyers that work at this firm wanted my case or not. Didn’t even acknowledge my intake just sent a random organization for me to check out. How ghetto is that⮉’m convinced these reviews are fake.
