Brumley’s team is excellent helped me get the settlement I deserved.

I requested information from a family law case previously handled by the owner/attorney, including case documents, correspondence, billing/payment records, and basic status information needed to understand what happened while they represented me.

Instead of clear communication, I got the professional equivalent of a loading screen.

Their branding says advocacy. Their follow-through says hide-and-seek champion. The website has all the polished lawyer language, “trusted,” “experienced,” “client-focused”

but apparently “responding to a former client requesting their own records” was not included in the SEO package.

If you’re considering this firm, keep everything in writing, save every receipt, & don’t confuse a clean website with accountability.

I am requesting information regarding a family law case that was handled by the owner previously. They refuse to answer.

According to RPC 1.16(d) I am in my legal right to receive * Copies of pleadings, motions, declarations, proposed orders, final orders, exhibits, discovery, correspondence, & filings

* Documents I gave the lawyer

* Documents the lawyer obtained for me at my expense

* Case notes or status information needed to understand what happened while they represented me

* Billing records / trust account records / payment history

* Any deadlines, hearing dates, or pending issues they were aware of when they withdrew

* Copies of communications with opposing counsel, the court, experts, GALs, mediators, etc.

I will be sending a formal email as well.

After I helped the owner with one of my networks on his business sineage ((on this address))

I have not heard back. I am questioning the integrity and motives on how this has played out. To be continued.

Update- no response from email on website.

Received an email from one of the staff claiming they called (no missed numbers detected 🤔 I never gave her my email. There is only two staff members that has this information.

I am close to reporting the staff to the board with this run around

5/25 update- I sent a grievance. Still no response from the owner and attorney that handled my case. As far as I know the paralegal was fired. How I know this? I was told we were “friends”. From where I’m standing, it seems like you take advantage of vulnerable people. “Friends” enough just to soften me. Apparently the firm needed marketing & sineage so I helped do ALL the footwork on that. I did it as a way to balance out the scales with what I THOUGHT Josh helped me with, with my case- only to discover more outside of what he’s told me.

You have less than a few weeks before I post the whole camera roll. If someone calls investigating I will tell them everything they want to know. THANKS FOR READING (:

What’s true? I’m not sure anymore, but I do know, that actions & promises DID NOT at all reflect the outcome & I can prove that- every single day. Can YOU? I’ll wait….

Went to the firm in person and was given the run around. Until I receive an explanation they’ll continue to hear from me. This will probably turn into a legal issue at this point. I will be back. I want answers YESTERDAY.

Brumley Law firm is hands down the BEST law firm I have EVER came across! They are considerate, kind, and very responsive!! From our first meeting, Alayna Thompkins (the Paralegal) explained everything to me in terms I could understand and was very responsive when I had questions and boy did I have questions! But it didn’t stop once our meeting was over she continued to answer ALL my questions day or night, weekday or weekend, it didn’t matter to her she made sure I wasn’t left in the dark!! Choosing Brumley Law was the best decision I have made in a long time and I could never thank this Law firm enough for the professional and personal care they showed me during the time that I had them as my attorney! I can’t imagine how difficult it would have been for me without this team in my corner. I have seen them go above and beyond to ensure my future!! Thank you!!
