Went to their website for a consult and talked to a chat bot, 1st contact was ignored, 2nd they followed up a week later with a reject letter without ever speaking to me and no referral or a care to be helpful at all. Email them back and ask for a referral as I was referred to them NOTHING. They lack respect for those struggling with systems working against those who have had their right taken from them they add to pain and stigma and leaving people to feel like they have nowhere to turn becoming part of the problem vs. a solution. People calling for services deserve better

Not used, I simply meant that your firm was not able to take my case, I did not have any frustration or was unhappy as you have so determined….I’m quite sure you are reputable firm, but it was your choice not to take the case….that is why only 1 star, how can I give more without services rendered.
