Zinda law group did an amazing job of keeping me updated through the duration of my case. Their entire staff was kind and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions along the way. This has been about a 3 year process and this office has been right by my side the whole way, I could not have went through this without their determination and help. I’ve honestly never had such a good experience with lawyers, as I did with Zinda Law. My aunt was in an accident a while ago, leaving her with a lot of injuries. She had to see a whole slew of doctors over the past few months, costing much more than what was affordable for us. She still has to see a PT weekly, as well as pain management for her injuries. Anyway, we had heard of Zinda through my boyfriend’s family as they had helped his dad with a case a while back. We looked through a bunch of different injury firms, but settled on Zinda, and I’m glad we did. My aunt isn’t very great at expressing herself, however the lawyers at Zinda were so kind and patient with her. They made sure to walk her through every aspect of the case, and made her feel as comfortable as possible. There was no sugar-coating or making false promises that they couldn’t deliver on. At every step the lawyers handling our case, Ariana Byrd and Alejandra Rodriguez, explained to my aunt, as well our family the possible outcomes and their suggested method to move forward with. The rest of the staff was amazing as well, from the front desk to the paralegals Madison and Maggie that helped with the case. We are more than ecstatic with our settlement of the case, including the coverage of my aunt’s medical costs. My aunt is just so happy to get through such a grueling part of her life.

When I was hit by a drunk driver, my life quickly destabilized. Being a single mother of 2, I went into complete panic mode. Michael Cupero and his team were there before the dust had a chance to settle and immediately got to work. I received not just good healthcare, but true patient care throughout the entire process. We all know dealing with appointments, work, and kids schedules are hard enough without injury, but all I had to do was show up. Micheal and his team took care of everything else. All I had to do was focus on getting better and taking care of my kiddos. When I called to ask questions, someone was always there. They always gave me straight answers. Zero fluff.
