Dave is a fantastic attorney. His ability to make sense out of complicated issues is second to none. Very few people in life achieve an MD, JD, and MBA. Dave has done this but doesn’t boast about his credentials. It’s a testament to his work ethic, and his relentless pursuit of knowledge and truth. Whether in business, medicine, or the law. He understands the system in the state of New York. Growing up in the city, but with family in Upstate NY and western NY, he knows how New York works like the back of his hand. If there is something that governs Dave Seubert’s life, it’s fairness, competence, and loyalty. He will not tolerate a breach of either thing. I have had him help me with legal matters, but also have witnessed him finish a 24 hour shift at labor and delivery, sleep for a few hours, wake up, drive to Syracuse to check on a sick relative, come back, and then write a complicated legal document on his laptop computer, meanwhile taking a minimum of 6 phone calls from colleagues or friends that need help or guidance with something.
