I have direct email from your attorney dismissing me as a client forwarding all my emails to the company attorney. Responding to my complaint without proof is premature. Ive also received my case by certify mail before you even responded so I apologize as the owner of this firm you’re unaware of what’s being done without your knowledge. Im hoping this message helps you to understand your clients and what the attorneys are doing to them. And yes with information showing he provided my personal information to the defense attorney. And the defense attorney is seeking well that’s not important. RUN & run fast from this company‼️‼️‼️ my attorney shared personal & privilege information with the the attorney from Workers comp. They hold your checks for weeks to pressure you into settling for way less than you should. Holding 2 to 3 weeks before a weekly payment is made. After my attorney mistakenly sent me emails between him & the other attorney he dismissed me as a client because I refused to settle for $17.5k before their deduction leaving me with 13k. He agreed to this settlement without my permission. The promise was for me to drop another case. So with that being said 3 injuries and being terminated. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. Contact someone over him never received a call or email. This is a firm from HELL!!! Literally if you can search for a different attorney. Now the other lawyer is contacting me from Workers Comp side clearly shared that in order for him to know what he know my attorney had to share it with him.
