I have received terrible service from this law firm, Wilkes & McHugh of Tampa FL. They agreed to represent me in the wrongful death lawsuit involving my Sister and her nursing home 4 years ago. The turnover rate among attorney’s is one of the main problems (I have had at least 5 different attorney’s handling this case due to attorneys leaving the firm). Run like the plague from this firm, and find a reputable & aggressive law firm in your area to represent you. Four (4) years into this lawsuit, and we have made no progress — No trial dates, no settlement offers received from the defendant …nada, nil, zilch!

Contacted this office about a potential case! Was very rude! Could not leave a voicemail for the attorney because they do not have one. Will never contact again.
