I am a retired lawyer and have experience in the past with thousands of lawyers. I would highly recommend James Lambka. It was apparent that he was more concerned with creating a positive result for us than any monetary return that he might receive. We found that extremely refreshing and not always what we experience in our numerous dealings with lawyers. We contacted James Lambka about Family Car Doctrine as it applied to our family liability situation. Mr. Lambka was well prepared when he returned our call and was able to give us concise and clear information about what to do and what not to do.
