Tony successfully handled a complex water rights and easement condemnation by necessity case. At all times during the process I felt that Tony had gained a full grasp of the facts and knew precisely how to map applicable Wyoming law into those facts to obtain a favorable outcome. His motions and pleadings and various letters to counsel were of highest quality and accuracy. I trust him to say and write the right things in the right way. He understood the proper course of action and guided me away from actions that while intuitive to me might have been counterproductive in the Wyoming court. Tony sought to conserve my financial resources as if he were budgeting his own money; he helped me resist any temptations to overspend to try to force the case to a premature conclusion. Yet he knew when spending was going to be needed to move the cases forward. He knew when to urge patience for events to unfold, and when to move decisively. In my cases Tony knew the other attorneys and some of the judges involved, so he was able to skillfully navigate within the different personalities and tendencies.
