Screener didn’t listen to whole story. Cuts you off before you are able to explain the case. Only want slam dunk cases. Be very careful who you call. Most of the reviews are more than likely fake because not the level of service I got was not even close to the reviews. If you have a case you have a case if you don’t you don’t which turns out I did but the level of rudness was insane. Beware.
