Pretty unfriendly
Just called seeking malpractice representation. Was screened by a secretary who kept putting me on hold mid-sentence. She did not like that I didn’t have cut and dry answers to broad questions like “what are the damages”. I am 19 years old and was misdiagnosed and mistreated with chemo for a year when I never had any cancer. My answers to those questions are complicated. I thought this firm would be interested in helping, but it seems they have a case screening process of “if it’s to complicated for our secretary to get, it probably won’t get us fast enough money”.
