Nathan Wall (photo provided) wants to try AGAIN to limit my ability to acquire housing (with a disabled child), because he’s offended by my honest google reviews.

Let’s talk about how he filed the case against me the very day my lease expired, when I had been discussing with the father our child’s HEALTH and EDUCATIONAL issues, and my inability to continue to care for us both properly BY MYSELF in our current situation.

After being blindsided and railroaded, this firm left me in a hotel room with both of my girls for FIVE MONTHS, ignoring my pleas, stalling mediation, forcing me into debt and allowing Frances to intimidate me to the point of violating my rights. This is all verifiable with written documentation.

Nathan Wall knowingly misrepresented the facts to the court and consistently berated me in the courtroom. But most importantly, he wasted 2 years completely ignoring the very real issue of my child’s specific health and educational needs as a disabled person suffering, unnecessarily.

Now Mr Wall wants to keep coming after me, personally, after the case is settled. I don’t think so.

I will speak my truth Mr Wall, freely and openly, as is my right in this country. I’m sure this entire situation has Rosemary Kennedy and RBG both rolling over in their graves.

Everything associated with this firm has been disturbing. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s suffered this.

Not responsive

My son is struggling to just get the court ordered parent time and he can never get the attorney on the phone. During mediation the mediator said many things that made him feel like she was working for the mom and paid $600 for nothing. We have given wall and wall $7500 so far and feel like we are always low priority.
