This guy represented my mothers husband in a guardian/ conservatorship case regarding my mother. In the courthouse waiting area, my mother who has alzhiemers, asked me why we were there. As a son would, I explained to her what was going on and that we had concerns how her finances were being handled. This was a private conversation with my mother! This “lawyer” VanDeysen, jumped about 6 inches in front of me and screamed, stop telling her (my mother) lies. He was very rude and he was not representing either my mother or me! Apparently, he thinks this type of behavior is appropriate and ethical. I would not want this type of individual to represent me!

Very knowledgeable and very compassionate. Great attorney for elder care or estate planning.
