Tim is one of the best lawyers around. I had my children and raised them their entire life. After my ex took me to court a crooked gal and judge switched my children to my ex and his felon wife. I went from being there for my kids daily to EOW. I missed my sons first day of kindergarten. Both of them have multiple charges etc. a lot happened and Tim was by my side the whole time. Covid took a huge toll on this as it took two years to finally get things settled back. Tim fought and helped me get a new judge and new gal exposing the truth & my children reunited back with me as primary custodial parent. Despite the stuff my ex put me through we looked past that and did what was best for my children. Tim isn’t sought out hurting the kids nor getting you your kids just cuz you pay him. We came up with an equal parenting plan. He’s there to see who the best choice is for the kids. If he thinks you’re being unfair he will let you know. I’ll forever be grateful for him. He’s definitely someone I will keep on retainer until my children are of age. He truly saved my family. It was a difficult case for sure. He immediately told me when I first called him that he’s never heard a case like mine and that he wanted to help me because of the terrible things being done to me and my children.
