He lied to me. In the end. Broken rib,bruising, bed ridden for 4 months. He promised 3-5x what my bills were…my bills were about 30k….in the end…he got me ONLY 15k for me… I owed more than that in reg bills…. I asked him “;Can we do anything?” He said “this is the end o the line, you want to get something,right?” ((((Later I found out he didn’t litigate and it’s a “100% litigation firm” !!!!!!!! )))))) … I was in no position to refuse even 100$ at that time in my life…. I talked to other lawyers…but they all knew him. So they had to stop talking to me…… I have peperwork to prove what I’m saying, DONT GO THERE, IF HE LIKES YOU HE WILL HELP, IF HE DOESN’T, HE WILL LIE TO YOU.

I am extremely disappointed in the service that Nicholas Vakula provided me with my case. I retained him a year ago to help me with my case. At that time he told me what he needed from my providers. Upon receiving the information he told me that he needed more information from my provider. In August of this year he sent me a letter that specifically told me what he wanted.This is something that he could have told me a year ago. At that point my provider told me that they couldn’t be of anymore help. I I was a victim of their decision However in the August letter he told me that he was going to pursue claims for lost wages, property damage and a very expensive car rental. He didn’t say that these claims were contingent upon receiving more information from my provide. The total amount of these claims were significant and substantial. At that point he dropped me as a client. He led me to believe that he would be pursuing those claims. As a result I received no money from my case. I maintain that he could have and should have gone the extra mile for his client. He didn’t use his aggressiveness that is in his mission statement to help me out. As a result I will never recommend Mr. Vakula or his law Firm to anyone and I will tell people to stay clear of them.
