Extreme unprofessionalism! If you are unfortunate enough to speak with one of their team members named Danielle, she will not stop putting food in her mouth long enough to take your information. She’ll give you the run around and re-ask questions you just gave the answer to something unrelated. Once you say the same thing again, she gets short with you and explains something not really relevant about your case to cover up her lack of knowledge. She sure knows how to work a microwave though! In between her chewing you’ll hear her working that oven and paying attention to her food and not you. Plan on days or a week until you finally call back and get the run around. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. There are friendlier council staff that will respect your rights to justice more than this sloppy firm.
