I Highly Recommend The Hernandez & Associates Firm. There Are Very Professional & Most Important They “Equalizing Justice For All!”

The receptionist was the most unpro essional, rude, disrespectful law firm staff member I’ve ever experienced. The partners of this law firm should know they have the worst receptionist ever and they should require proper telephone etiquette training from Ms Autumn, receptionist. After abruptly hanging up, for no reason at all inquiring of what dept should we speak to and this very rude lady was shockingly, surprising, adamantly refusing to assist us in navigating within the organization regard client business with her company, asked her to provide her name, wouldn’t communicate and rudely hung up the phone twice then 3rd time she finally disclosed her name. Proper telephone etiquette if you are busy should be “May I place you on hold” and not hang up the phone in the midst of a conversation. Partners be aware this lady maybe causing business loss. What I experience I wouldn’t refer anyone to your prestigious law firm.
