I would never recommend Tully Rinckey to anyone for representation. They were condescending, were not aggressive in their representation, the legal advice I was given varied drastically between the junior attorney I was assigned and his “managing” attorney, and they made one of the worst experiences of my life with my former employer that much worse. As I was assigned a junior member of the firm, it meant I was paying double for my attorney and the attorney partner who oversaw his work. Just one example of the poor representation happened when the junior attorney was going to send a document to the opposing party that still had the track changes marked on it with attorney-client privileged information! Thankfully, I discovered this error before the document was sent. An attorney relative of mine who has specialized in employment law for over 25 years was aghast at the issues they did not follow up on or notify me about, and another professional in the legal community advised this firm has had numerous professional complaints filed against them. With so many of my former colleagues in the federal government undergoing difficulties these days, I would strongly recommend hiring another law firm to represent you.
Very helpful. Lawyer firm listen to us and is willing to help us
(Trying to return to work after my work related injury) I had zero success communicating with my employer. Tully Rinckey went out of the way, They did the research to locate a point of contact. Successfully opening lines of communication that ultimately resulted in my return to work. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and recommend Tully Rinckey
