A black pickup truck ran a red-light on January 2020 and hit my car-a Lexus 350 SUV.The car turned around twice and was hit twice. My car was totaled. I went to hospital with broken bones in my foot and ankle. Below my knee was severely bruised with ligaments which have never healed. Jim immediately set up a medicare account for all medical bills concerning this case. there were many CT scans, MRI, physical therapy visits, and many doctor visits. He was able to negate the maximum with the insurance company of the person at fault. After nearly 3 years, he finished negotiating with my insurance company. I am very pleased with the settlement. He was amazing negotiating with medicare on all the many bills. He was constantly in touch with me and working for my benefit. I so appreciate his diligence and extra effort. I am not including photos because I deleted them all because I want this memory to be erased.
