Unprofessional in the extreme. My car was wrecked by a lady not paying attention and hit us at 75 mph while we were completely stopped in traffic. Carlson did NOTHING. Told me to call my insurance, get the forms, write the adjuster, go to the wrecking yard. They literally told me to do it myself. I asked them what they were planning on doing for me if I had to do it all myself and they said they’d answer the email and say the initial offer was too low, SPOILER ALERT they didn’t even do THAT. Then after having my case for 6 months CLAIMING they would do something, they told me it wasn’t worth their time for that little amount of money that I might get in settlement and dumped me, BUT STILL BILLED ME $850 FOR DOING NOTHING! SCAM ARTISTS

It’ s so hard now a days to reach people or for them to simply return your calls or emails. Claire was fabulous in that aspect. If she missed my call she would make sure to call back that day and if she couldn’t reach me she would email me. I didn’t have to wait 24-48 hours to hear back from her. She made this whole process much smoother for me and was GREAT to work with.
