Took 3 years to even get a settlement. At the time of our first meeting he promised he would do his best for my daughter and I even talked about us possibly going to court but he would fight for us. What a crock! After 3 years of me having to message to see where things were at and always getting the response ” we just sent a letter to the company, we will be in contact” the settlement was a joke but hey he got his pay and had to point that out. I could have sent letters out for what he got. After closing even made the remark ” you couldn’t have afforded me if it went into court” even though money was never mentioned if that happened at the first meeting. My insurance did a better case to get their money back. They took the company to court and won in the 1st year. Don’t know why he couldn’t have done the same.
