Heather has represented my family several times now and we’ve not lost a case thus far. All of the staff we’ve worked with have been caring, professional and honest. I highly recommend this knowledgeable law firm to anyone needing legal representation.
Receptionists r rude and dismissive, was given run around and even hung up on after they made a mistake in scheduling, and then promised a return call that never came. Attorneys may be good but how potential clients r treated is rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone and I’ll advise all I can to steer clear of this office. Any business reserves right not to take on or provided service to clients but to be rude and dismissive is unprofessional and bad business period.
Wish I could give zero stars. Called and tried to schedule consultation, giving them y only days off. Was told 11am and 1pm was available. I said it didn’t matter and was told 1pm. I went in and was told he was gone and then they tried to reschedule me for when I had to work.
