Injured 7-10-2017 Resolved 9-15-2022 After a life altering spinal cord injury while working, I was treated like a criminal. When L&I broke their own protocol and offered me a small settlement with concessions, I realized they were up to something. I contacted Walthew Law Firm. They were extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. They knew every policy, procedure and “trick of the trade” that L&I uses. After a long battle, which they never gave up on, they were able to secure a pension for me and my family. Rarely do you find people that actually care. I worked with Jon k. WineMiller’s paralegal Terry Mann for over a year not once ever being able to speak to him directly, all while collecting his 33 1/3% I got all my leagal advise from his paralegal. In Washington State that is against the law. I have reported them both to Washington State bar association. His license # 27097

I do not recommend, avoid them at all cost. Jon and Dorian are unprofessional, haven’t been able to reach them in over 6 months. Save your time and money!
