He was rude and disrespectful over the phone . Attacked me for being Persian and name called me for being Persian. He however asked for nature of my call then said if I paid hourly he’d take it. Then hung up on me disgusting behavior 😡

I would never have hired Bradley Kramer if he hadn’t come directly from West Coast Trial Lawyers. I don’t know what agreement they have with Mr. Kramer, but his behavior was a disappointment. Not only did I have to do some of the work I had already paid him for, but he also asked me to serve my own complaint because the process servers weren’t going to make additional attempts. Mr. Kramer then threatened me with $2,000 per hour in attorney fees if I took action against him. I took him to the fee arbitration board, and I’m still working to ensure he gets the accountability he deserves so that no client has to go through what I experienced, especially during a vulnerable time. Making direct recommendations like this might need to be reconsidered. I’ll update this review and add more details as things develop. Keep in mind that some reviewers are paid, so don’t believe everything you read. I’m not accusing Bradley of using paid reviewers, but it’s just a general caution everyone should keep in mind. I strongly believe that personal injury clients are especially vulnerable and need access to resources that empower and protect them.

After calling around and consulting with several other firms, in addition to not understanding a the medical malpractice legal process complicates matters even more. They explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. They were reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. I feel confident in my decision to go with Attorney Kramer and my mind has been completely at ease throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for the best firm to represent them.
