Awful company. Paid them up front over a year ago and was told it’s an easy case and would only take around 6 months. Since then they have done nothing. You can’t get anyone on the phone, just messages through their portal saying they’re still working on things or saying whoever was working on our case is no longer there and that’s why there’s been no progress. We were definitely scammed!

I’m extremely disappointed. I truly believe this company is fraudulent. We have no more money and they know it. This is seriously alarming.

Pretty pitiful service. Maybe it’s me, but I expect to get a result similar to what was promised on the front end. They offer services that they can’t back up. My wife and were told four years ago that they could get us out of a timeshare. We paid upfront for the service, and we just received a letter from Montgomery & Newcomb stating they can settle our case if we pay an additional $28,661.08. Beware, they do not answer their phone, and you cannot get them to respond if you leave a message.
