THANK YOU to Kevin Mahoney and The Mahoney Law Firm! They are THE most highly qualified and compassionate professionals in the business. I felt seen and heard throughout the entire process and more importantly, they fought for justice for my angel in Heaven, Marley Joy. I feel like we are all extended family now. Honestly what I am going through was (and is) so difficult, but Kevin truly helped me heal on my grief journey.

I spoke to Meredith over the phone on 07/13/22 after completing an inquiry online a few days prior. She had a few questions about my situation she was going to pass along to the attorney who was going to do my initial consultation. I answered those questions and she requested some additional documents, which I sent on 07/19/22. I had additional information I sent on 07/25/22 that I sent over. I was told they would reach out to set up an initial consult to see what my options are or if there was any teeth to my case here? It’s 08/17/22. I have not yet received a response or a scheduled meet up. I assume they determined my case was not worth their time instead of just telling me. Even if we were to proceed with a case, I no longer want to work with an unprofessional and non-responsive firm.

The Mahoney Law Firm team was amazing. They made dealing with a medical error that a doctor made less traumatic and stressful. I could tell Kevin and Meridith really cared about me and what I had been through. Their experience and expertise in medical malpractice was very important to us. In the end, they we able to help us resolve our issue and provide closure to 2 years of medical issues drawn out even longer with Covid. Thank you for helping us make the best of a difficult situation. I would definitely recommend them. Melanie B
