They were great. I handed my case over to them for a flat fee and it was entirely dismissed. Every communication from the office was super friendly and helpful. They always picked up or called back immediately. The whole experience was stress free with a great outcome.
I would not recommend them to anyone. Just setting up an appointment proved to be confusing. Furthermore their legal advice seems limited. No reasonable person would knowingly agree to sign away ownership of a property while remaining permanently liable on its mortgage with no exit mechanism, stating there were NO options available (decrees can be amended/corrected) suggests they really don’t want to hassle with enforcement or contempt orders. Perhaps they are good during divorce proceedings themselves.
From traffic violations all the way up, Jason has tremendous success. His cadence, professional demeanor, work relationships, experience and expertise will without a doubt go a long way getting the best outcome for your case. Don’t be railroaded by the system. I think the only thing worse than being innocent yet charged and treated like you’re guilty is actually being found guilty due to the system and a sub-par lawyer. No doubt he is a top lawyer in WA
