I called for a consultation after explaining we loss everything in a house fire and the receptionist began questioning why we’re spending so much in food a day? Nothing related to why I’m calling and seeking assistance. This is a very sad folder hearted evil and miserable woman answering the phone. Why are you bullying potential clients? Always a pleasant experience

My husband called myltiple times to try and schedule an appointment for a consultation with one of the legal advisors (or anyone) that could evaluate his case. All we wanted to know was wether his case had hope or not but we just keep being told that someone will call us and no one ever calls. We just wanted a yes we should peoceed or no sir we do not think this will proceed. It’s a shame we didn’t get help or even a phone call, this company came highly recommended by other clients but I will not be recommending them to anyone.
