Mr. Hicks is hands down the best Lawyer in El Paso, TX. He helped me every step of the way regarding custody of my kids. He is extremely knowledgeable and well educated in what he does. He was understanding with me as well and listened to all my concerns. I felt confident in having him as my attorney. I was very pleased with Mr. Hicks, and would highly recommend him.
