Tracey told me she would fight for me and my case when I was told to participate in an $8000 program after a evaluation from SCRPP along with several other things that neither of us agreed was appropriate for my situation. I paid her $4500 in August, never heard another word from her until October when she told me my license was suspended and that I am just going to have to do what was recommended because she has had no luck in going before the board. Didn’t give me any options. I had sent multiple emails and text without a response before and after this. I contacted SCRPP who verified the lack of her representation on my behalf. When I terminated my service she sent me a ridiculous invoice charging me for text messages and emails that she never responded to, along with reviewing documents that I sent her to represent me for the case. The only thing she did for me was send a letter of representation by email to SC LLR and SCRPP the day I hired her. I sent her a text message terminating my services, that she did not reply to, and asking for all or partial refund due to lack of representation and hoping that I could use these funds toward the program that I was subject to do anyways to reinstate my license. A few days later I received a certified letter with a check enclosed for $240 and a detailed invoice for ridiculous charges that also did not match the documents from SCRPP showing her communication or lack of. I feel like I was taking advantage of, and I am just wondering if anyone else has had any similar experience.
