From the first call, It was Rick who answered! Not a secretary or someone who works for him. He wasted no time in my matter and made me feel important and as if i was his top priority! We had to run a case by Rick Lougee, the call was answered within 30 minutes on a Saturday evening (!)(was not answered by an answering service but by Rick himself), he immediately followed up on a Sunday, and a zoom meeting was organized the following day. Rick immediately brought in another senior level attorney – they both reviewed our situation. He assembled a team in less than a day over the week-end!!! Very professional, as a matter of a fact, we could immediately tell they both had years of experience. None of the sell pitch, very much focused on asking questions about case specifics following by deep analysis and discussion of strategies. If your life is on the line, Rick Lougee is a real deal! Worth every single penny. He has 40+ years of experience being a prosecutor, public defender, and an attorney in private practice. He has tried at least 200 felony jury trials in both state and federal courts and has a very high record of acquittals. Don’t be spooked by a low number of reviews he has, many of his clients do not necessarily want to discuss serious sex and criminal matters on internet with their name being exposed to the world.

I needed help with a false allegation against me from a long time ago, I was willing to pay Rick any amount necessary to make it go away. But my case had particular issues that no amount of money could eliminate. And he was right.
