In a local judicial system littered with despicable characters and rampant cronyism, Paul Harrell is a refreshing breath of both backbone, and integrity. He demonstrated genuine empathy, a tenacious approach to justice, and a superb understanding of the law while assigned to multiple cases for me..I cannot recommend this USMC veteran enough.
