Denise Nordheimer and her entire staff took care of all of my worries after my brother passed away suddenly a year ago. It’s been three days since I contacted this firm without even the courtesy of a reply. How can you say “Caring Legal Assistance” on your web page when you fail to even respond? I see a post from a month ago where you failed to follow up with another client. Your failure to follow up seems to be a regular occurrence. Is this how you conduct business after you are paid?
